  1. How much does shipping cost?
    • Shipping is FREE! We believe in honest upfront pricing. The price you see on our website is complete with shipping and full colour!
  2. Can you help me create my graphic design?
    • Yes! For an additional cost we have our Graphic Design Services section. We also offer a FREE online designer tool on many products!
  3. How does the online designer work?
    • Our free online designer tool offers many FREE designs you can edit directly on our website and include with your order. This is fast, easy, and best of all helps you create the perfect design that you like for your product! Simply click the “Customize” button on your desired product. (If you do not see the “Customize” option this means we haven’t added the designer to that specific product just yet).
  4. Do you offer a pickup option?
    • Unfortunately no. We operate a multitude of Printing Facilities across the USA, Canada and beyond and some items are only printed in specific locations therefore we don’t have a pickup option. We do however ship FREE to your door!
  5. Do you offer a Rush Shipping option?
    • We understand you may need your order rushed. We’re happy to accommodate! Simply contact us with your desired products and let us know you need them rushed and shipped urgently. There will be an additional charge however this is the best way to get your order processed faster and shipped fast as well.
  6. Are there any setup fees?
    • Nope! The prices on our website are complete! NO Setup Fees, NO Hidden Fees, NO Shipping fees! One more way Printing Experts makes ordering printing that much more simpler!
  7. What are my payment options?
    • WE ACCEPT: PayPal, ALL Major Credit Cards, and Interac e-Transfer.
    • PLEASE NOTE: If you only see PayPal as your only payment option, that is because you have a subscription product (Web Design and/or Web Design Add-Ons which charge a monthly or yearly fee) in your shopping cart. PayPal is the only option to process these payments at this time which is why you would see that. Please note PayPal also includes all major credit cards. For all other orders you will see Credit Card as an alternate payment option rather than going through PayPal checkout to pay.

    • Files MUST be 300 dpi and no less.

Printing FAQs

  1. What is your Specialty Options category?
    • Our Specialty Options category offers our highest end Print Products such as our Raised Foil, Silk, Suede, or Pearl Cards and much more.
  2. Do you offer more sizes/options than what your website has?
    • Absolutely. Please contact us for a custom quote.
  3. What colour mode should my files be?
    • ALWAYS start and finish your designs in CMYK colour mode. If you use RGB there is a chance that a colour shift may occur and you may not be satisfied with the finished print.
  4. What is rich black and how can I get it?
    • Rich black is an ink mixture of solid black, 100% K, with additional CMY ink values. This results in a darker tone than black ink alone. If you print black alone as 100% K, the resulting black may not be as dark as you might like.
  5. What does 4/0 / 4/1 / 4/4 mean?
    • 4/0 = Full Colour Front Single Sided (4 colours printed on FRONT, BLANK on the back) [front side printed only]
    • 4/1 = Full Colour Front, 1 Colour Back (4 colours printed on FRONT, ONE colour printed on back)
    • 4/4 = Full Colour (4 colours printed on FRONT & BACK).
  6. Do you offer 100% Recycled Stock?
    • Yes our Brown Kraft Cards product is 100% Recycled. We also offer 14pt Natural which is 30% Post Consumer Waste Content for another option (not 100%).

Large Format FAQs

  1. Are your Paper Board Boxes suitable for food packaging?
    • Our packaging products are suitable for use with food products only when an intervening layer of FDA approved food contact material is used. It’s the responsibility of the customer or end user to ensure that use of the products conform to the relevant FDA regulations.
  2. Are your Paper Board Boxes assembled before shipping?
    • Assembly is required for all of our boxes. Please see our Assembly Guides below for detailed instructions on how to build your boxes. All of our standard Paper Board Boxes are die cut, scored and packed flat EXCEPT for our Wine Bottle Boxes and Pillow Boxes (with Glue). These two products come with one edge glued and are folded in half and packed.
  3. Do you offer Custom Boxes and what are the file requirements?
    • Yes, we offer Custom Boxes on durable, bright white stocks with a variety of finishing options. Custom Boxes come with Custom Die Cutting and gluing options. Die Cut files should be submitted in vector format only. Artwork files should have at least 0.25″ bleed on each side and the color should extend beyond the die cut line. Elements that are not intended to bleed off should be at least 0.25″ away from the cut line for safety.File Set Up Requirements
      • Areas that require glue must be free of UV coating, Foil and Ink.
      • Custom Die Cut files must be in Vector format.
      • Custom Die Cut files must must have single line paths to represent the cut and score lines.
      • Cut lines should be indicated with red lines
      • Score/Fold lines should be indicated with green lines.
      • Perforation lines should be indicated with green dotted or dashed lines.
      • Panel measurements are not required on the die file.
      • Printing Experts is not responsible for ensuring the Custom Die Cut files will create a box that fits your needs.
      • Printing Experts strongly recommends that Custom Die Cut files be created by a packaging and bindery expert.
      • Printing Experts strongly recommends that mock up samples be created to vet out and ensure the die lines will produce the end results you are looking for.

      Note: When choosing your Flat Size, remember to choose a size that is 1 to 2 inches larger than your flat size.

  4. What Stocks and Coatings are available for Paper Board boxes?
    • Paper Board Boxes are available on durable 14PT Uncoated with No Coating and on 18PT C1S stock with coating options of No Coating, UV Coating, Front Only or Spot UV, Front Only *.* UV Coating, Front Only is not available for boxes that have glue, including the Wine Box and Sales Presentation Box.
  5. Are your Paper Board Boxes glued?
      • Cube Boxes and Golf Ball Boxes have sturdy edge-lock tabs for the side and snap lock bottoms to keep them held together securely without glue.
      • Pillow Boxes are available with edge-lock tabs for all quantities. Side glue is an available option for quantities of 250 or more.
      • Roll End Tuck Top Boxes and Business Card Boxes are self tuck and don’t require glue or tape for assembly.
      • Sales Presentation Boxes come glued on one side with a tuck and tongue closure on the bottom. Each box comes with velcro dot closure for the top flap. Velcro dot will be included in the package; assembly is required.
      • Wine Bottle Boxes are glued on one side and have a snap lock bottom which securely holds the weight of a bottle of wine.
      • Custom Boxes include options to add Glue Straight Line or Glue Auto Lock Bottom.
  6. Can your Packaging Products be glued?
    • Yes, they can be glued. If you’re gluing your package yourself or using a bindery, please be aware that glue won’t adhere to UV coating or areas that have ink. Choose the “Spot UV” option when placing your order (or contact us for a quote when required) and make sure to indicate “No UV” in areas that need to be glued.     • Yes! All of our Clothing (Shirts, Hoodies, Hats, and more) are all brand name unless otherwise stated. Many of the brands we offer include:

  2. Are there any File Digitization fees?
    • Nope! While File Digitization is indeed required for any Embroidered product; our team has included File Digitization in the cost of the product making your purchase easier, simpler, and our honest up front pricing.
  3. Do you offer discounts for Bulk Orders?
    • Yes we do offer discounts on Bulk Orders of any of our clothing. Contact us for a custom quote today!
  4. Do your Footwear Products have a sizing chart?
    • Yes! All Footwear has a sizing chart on the product page. Please measure your foot carefully as there are no refunds as all products are custom printed!
  5. Do you offer Bulk Footwear Orders?
    • Yes! If you are ordering large bulk amounts contact us and we will provide you a custom quote with discount.
  6. What models do you offer for Phone Cases?
    • We offer a large assortment of iPhone and Samsung cases. More models are added periodically so stay tuned!
  7. What does “Sublimation” or “Sublimated” printing mean?
    • Sublimation is the act of Sublimating a printed piece. It is extremely common in many Clothing Products including Printing Expert’s Socks and other products as indicated on our appropriate product assortments. This means the entire area of the product has hone through Sublimation and is covered in your design. For more detailed information please check the specific product’s description.
